All purchases made through our website are final.
At Good Vibe Tribe customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If any of the items in your order are incorrect or defective in any way upon arrival we will send out a new item once we receive the damaged piece. Please contact us at [email protected] for a return within 14 days of the date of receipt, provided:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, in new condition.
- Items must have all tags, including any carding, attached.
- Any piece bought during a "Sale" cannot be exchanged.
Shipping
Please note we are a team of women, who run other businesses, manage families and kids as well as other daily duties. As we continue to grow the Good Vibe Tribe we appreciate your support in our decision to ship items once a week.
Shipping and handling for orders are shipped out once a week on Saturdays. Orders placed Sun – Friday will ship out on Saturday. Orders placed Saturday will ship out the following Saturday.
Please allow (1-7 days for processing your order) and (2-4) additional days for shipping to arrive at your door.
